The Community Web Portal offers unit owners the ability to review and update their account information, review or download important community documents such approved meeting minutes and financial reports, make payments online; one-time payments or setup automatic payments.

For convenience, payments may be made online through the secure payment service online. Payments may be made by ACH, Credit or Debit Card, and may be paid manually each month or set up an automatic payment. You may also pay by mailing your payment to Summit Property Management's office.
Payments are always made payable to your association.
(Do not make checks payable to Summit Property Management.)
